Processing of personal data
in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
1. Basic information on personal data processing:
The personal data provided by you will be processed by the accommodation operator - K33 Invest, s.r.o., as the data controller, for the purpose of a) fulfilling a legal obligation, b) fulfilling a contractual obligation, c) protecting vital interests of the data subject, d) performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, e) protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the data controller. The processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is carried out without the consent of the data subject.
In case of any other purpose of processing, you will be contacted to give your consent or refusal to the processing of personal data.

3. Information on the purposes and legal basis of processing:
The purpose of processing personal data is:
a) fulfilling a legal obligation, i.e., obligations imposed by laws of the Czech Republic or the European Union,
b) fulfilling a contractual obligation, i.e., obligations necessary to fulfill the subject of the contract, including measures before entering into a contractual relationship,
c) protecting vital interests of the data subject, e.g., in humanitarian aid, natural disasters, emergency situations, etc.,
d) performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, e.g., in cooperation with public authorities,
e) protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the data controller, e.g., direct marketing, prevention of administrative and judicial disputes, communication with business (contractual) partners and collaborators, protection of property, health, and safety,
f) other purposes with the consent of the data subject.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is primarily compliance with legal regulations, including:

• Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic,
• Act No. 133/2000 Coll., on the registration of residents,

• Act No. 337/1992 Coll., on the administration of taxes and fees,

As part of the processing, the following personal data is handled in relation to the purpose of processing:

d) identification document number (identity card, passport, etc.)

f) telephone number
g) others, if required by the laws of the Czech Republic or the European Union or the legitimate interests of the data controller, especially necessary health-related data.
5. Rights of the data subject:
a) Right to information - the data subject has access to the website regarding the protection of personal data and is entitled to request access to internal regulations regarding the protection of personal data at the data controller's headquarters.
b) Right to access personal data - the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller whether their personal data is being processed or not. The data controller is obliged to provide the data subject with a copy of the processed personal data. The data controller is entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the provision of a copy, based on the administrative costs incurred.
c) Right to rectification and completion - the data subject has the right to have incomplete or inaccurate data rectified or completed without undue delay.
d) Right to erasure - the data subject has the right to have personal data erased if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, subject to compliance with the archiving and disposal rules.
e) Right to restriction of processing - the data subject has the right to restrict the processing of personal data during the correction of inaccuracies, if the processing is unlawful, and if the data subject requests restriction instead of erasure, and further in cases where the data controller no longer needs the personal data.
f) Right to data portability - the data subject has the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another data controller, where technically feasible, if the processing is automated.
g) Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.

Right to lodge a complaint:
In case of any concerns regarding the activities of the data controller or the recipients of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint in writing with your own signature to the address of the data controller, or through the data box or email with an electronically verified signature.

The complaint must clearly state the identity of the complainant and specify the subject matter. If necessary for processing, the data controller will request additional information within a specified deadline. If the complaint is not supplemented, it may not be processed.
